Credits allow you to book conference room passes without having to pay out-of-pocket.
When you sign up for a membership, you receive a certain number of credits depending on your membership tier.
Credits can be redeemed through the CO LAB COLLECTIVE app and Members Portal. They cannot be applied to bookings made directly through the website or other booking platforms.
Credits do not accrue over time, and will reset back to the original amount at the start of each new billing cycle, whether they were used or not.
